Feasibility study and brief
We analyse the plot and the legal constraints of the municipal master plan (PDM), and define the brief for your home together with you.
Architectural design
Concept design, preliminary design and detailed design, with plans, sections, elevations and a full design statement.
Engineering design
Coordination of the structural, electrical, HVAC, water supply and drainage designs.
Municipal licensing
Submission and follow-up of the council application until the building permit is issued.
Construction management and supervision
Regular site visits, quality control of the works and resolution of unexpected technical issues.
