Through the contact form on this website, we collect the following personal data:

- Project type (selected by the user)
- Message describing the project (optional)
2. Purpose of processing
The data collected is used exclusively to:
- Respond to the contact or technical consultation request submitted;
- Provide proposals and quotes for the architectural services requested;
- Keep in touch during the development of projects, where applicable.
Your data will not be used for direct marketing without your explicit consent.

Processing is based on the data subject's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by completing and submitting the contact form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to requests for professional consultation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data is kept only for as long as strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. As a rule, contact data is deleted within 24 months of the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Personal data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with service providers who help us manage communications (e.g. the hosting platform Netlify, Inc.), always under contractual confidentiality terms and in compliance with the GDPR.
