Technical site visit

We visit the property, assess its condition and identify the opportunities and constraints of the project.

Design proposal and budget

We present a design statement covering the concept, materials and construction phases, and review the contractors' quotes with you.

Licensing and approval

We handle all communication with the City Council, the CCDR (for listed buildings) and any other authorities.

Construction supervision

We supervise the works, make sure they follow the approved design and resolve unexpected issues without burdening the client.

Handover and aftercare

Final inspection, delivery of as-built drawings and follow-up in the period immediately after completion.
