About the project
A detached house set on an irregular, steeply sloping plot in Porto Salvo. The programme is spread over three floors: a basement with a two-car garage and utility areas; a ground floor with an open-plan living and dining room, kitchen, study and access to the rear terrace; and an upper floor with a master suite and two bedrooms, both with balconies.
The exterior is defined by crisp, contemporary white volumes, finished with an external thermal insulation system (ETICS) and natural stone cladding at the base. The grounds were laid out in terraces, incorporating a pool, landscaped areas and space for manoeuvring cars.
